My momma was airlifted to Jackson TN during a massive heart attack. This was unexpected and a hard hit right at christmas time. We live over two hours from the hospital my mom was taken to, and we have driven back and forth from the hospital at least 4 times with another trip coming up tomorrow. For two people living on disability due to autoimmune diseases, especially right before christmas, the price of gas has been a huge blow to their finances. The last conversation i had with my mom before her heart attack was her crying because she didn’t know how she’d survive the month with how little money she had. I want her return home and her christmas holiday to be worry free. I’d like to surprise her and my dad by giving them the money back for all the mileage to and from the hospital. I know my mom would be so appreciative and so happy to know so many people love & care about her.
