On September 9, 2023, our dear friend Stephanie underwent emergency spinal cord surgery after doctors found an infection in her back. Since that time, Stephanie has lost all feeling from the chest down and is paralyzed. She is a single mom of 3 kids and raises them entirely on her own. As you can imagine, this is a huge adjustment for everyone. Many of you are aware, a “go-fund me” was previously set up to help with Stephanie’s medical costs but as more is known about the permanency of her condition, we are setting up a new medical fundraiser to assist with a specific piece of equipment. Stephanie is undergoing intensive physical therapy 3 days a week and is unable to work at this time.  Due to limited resources and the exorbitant cost of medical equipment, we are hoping to be able to provide Stephanie with some long-term answers to her physical needs.
