My son is mentally challenged. He has a public defender who did nothing for him. He is innocent and she knows this . The only way to win this is to hire a an attorney . I’m not asking I’m begging . He has no idea what is going on due to his disabilities . He now suffers from acute PTSD , he’s afraid to leave home, go to work shop ( day program) ride in a car because he thinks they’re coming to get him. Please anything would help
