Hello everyone…I am Reality and my mother is Jamica Kimble and we really need your love and support right now, see she (Jamica Kimble) has HOCM (hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy) it'a Gene Defect and the have to give her OPEN HEART SURGERY to fix this problem she has maneuvered herself through this maze of red tape for the last 7 years to get to the Prize and shes finally done it and I'm so proud to have such a strong person to be my mother. Her surgery date is December 5th but we're trying to pay for her tickets to get to Cleveland Ohio at the Cleveland Clinic, and the hotel stay of the 9 days she'll have to be there.
