Hello, my name is Juanma Barrantes. For my birthday on February 15th, instead of gifts, I want to raise funds to support my friend and brother, Luis Juarez, as he begins filming his first feature film.

Luis graduated from the New York Film Academy in 2008 and has spent the last 20 years using filmmaking as a tool for service and faith. He has traveled to over 52 countries as a missionary, creating music videos for Christafari and offering free filmmaking workshops to underprivileged youth around the world.

After two decades of experience, sacrifice, and service, Luis is ready to fully pursue his calling to become a Christian film director and tell stories that inspire hope, share the Gospel, and positively impact lives across the globe.
