I adopted my little girl 2 yeas ago. She came as a special needs dog with Horners Syndrome, however, it is much worse than Horners.  when I took her to a regular vet, he took one look & said it looks bad tak care of it immediately. I took her to Veterinary Eye institute where upon the vet examined her &; described the condition some of which I’ll write below, the short story is tha her eye needs to removed.  I am a widow who lives alone, she is my dear buddy. I can afford 1,000 but I can’t come up the rest. lagophthallmos-CNF paralysis corneal perforation, neurological kcs& more. I can’t stand her poor eye, she is a good little girl. The total bill is 2100. The vet assured me that she adapt well, & it’s no problem for her to have one. People have told me to Put her down, she has every reason to live another 5-6 years. I have every reason to take care of her.          My deepest thanks for any help . Thank you.
