About this fundraiser

Just a month ago our family lost my father in law to advance small cell lung cancer. His passing has left us heartbroken and struggling to find our footing. He fought as long as he could, but the cancer was so aggressive, and took over in less than two weeks.

To make this even harder, dad didn't have any financial assistance or life Insurance in place, we're now facing nearly three thousand cremation cost just to bring his ashes home. It has been 31 days today (February 12th 2026) since dad's passing andsadly, we have not been able to pay anything towards his remains. It's tearing us apart knowing we can't properly bring our dad home yet.

My husband lost his mom in 2022, now we lose dad as well. In just a few short years he lost both of his parents! Watching him grieve his parents yet still able t  stay strong, is incredibly painful.

Financially, we are in a crisis. My husband works but only part time, and i'm currently unemployed. Our rent alone is $1,150 a month, not including utilities and other basic life expenses. Between funeral costs, rent and pass due bells, we are falling behind and facing eviction. We are terrified of losing our home while trying to process are devastating loss.

My husband and I are NOT ones to easily ask for help. We're not looking for a pity party or handout but right now we have no other option. We're drowning, but desperately trying to stay afloat.

Every penny donated will 100% go toward:

° cremation cost, so dad can finally come home and our family can be complete again

° our rent for february plus what we still owe for January.

° the necessary balance due on the passenger bills to prevent termination.

If you are in any position to donate, nothing is too small. And every cent is wholeheartedly appreciated, even just sharing our stories.Your social media accounts to spread. The word means so much more than you'll know.

Rob (my husband) and I are overwhelmed exhausted, lost.Grieving and doing all we can to hold each other together.Unfortunately, we can't face this battle alone.

We both thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to read our story. And all the support and love everyone offers during this painful chapter of our life.
