Really need funds to purchase a house for my family and myself after spending extra cash on getting credit scores up . Been refused by the V A and other government agencies . We are out of cash for both both down payment and or closing cost . Hope what ever funds we can get help with will be good enough to get in a house soon running out of cash .can't afford living in motels or monthly air and B places .please help  thank you we are  in need of some real help
