Need help had to get a plate and screws in my knee

I was in an accident with a driver who had no license or insurance.i had to get a plate and screws put in my knee.i am also my mother's care giver and now I can't pay for the ambulance ride.my insurance will not pay for it. And my car is undrivable. She is getting a new hip on July 1st. PLEASE HELP! GOD BLESS.
