Randolph has been trying to get dentures for the past 13 years.insurance company could not find services in the area he lived in and then when they found them in Chicago would only pay 500 dollars for the service which in no way would cover the cost of dentures and services. He has a great need for teeth as it wou greatly improve his quality of life.

 "I would finally be able to eat like everyone else and not have to suffer the embarrassment of not being able to eat in public by hiding my mouth to eat as it's visually unappealing As well as unhealthly.
