Hello, I don't have a job but have medical costs mounting up. This could be cancer don't know haven't had a diagnosis yet. Trying as fast to get one. So far I have 2 enlarged lymph nodes in my neck and a thyroid cyst. and I have lost about 12 to 15 pounds since this all started on Jan.13 of this year 2025. I am already skinny to begin with. I need help soon. I was planning on going back to work when this all started after quitting from being stressed about a year ago. Thanks and God bless all. Love and prayers for all.
