Aloha. My name is Emily Viglielmo. I live in Honolulu. I am a senior and in 2023, I was a victim of a scam artist who stole over $100,000. He has done this all over the western US and is now in the Federal Detention Center here on a separate charge. Additionally, I was just told by my doctor here that I will have to have heart surgery in the next few months. This is overwhelming. I would greatly appreciate any kokua (help). The extra money would be a great help because, while I do have some retirement funds left, there would be a penalty if I access them now.
