I just want to say first off thank you for taking the time to looking at this. I set this up for myself and my family. I’ve had Crohn’s disease the last 19 years. My intestine perforated the morning after my 21st birthday and lost 20 ft of intestine, appendix and gal bladder. I was in surgery for 24 hrs a coma for 2 weeks and the hospital for 6 1/2 months. After that i was left with a colostomy bag and left the hospital at 95lbs. Despite all of that ive always worked and done the best I could for my family. Ive always had a positive outlook. I love god, my family and life. Ive been struggling for years but recently things have taken a turn for the worst.  I have found out that I have pancreatitis and just suffered 2 heart attacks while in the hospital. I’m extremely worried for my family and I during this time of battle against all of these things. I wish that I could do more for my family but unfortunately like a lot of us I just don’t have the means to help or pay the medical bills like I’d like to. For those of you who are willing to donate even if it is just a small amount I it would mean the world to my family. Even if you can’t donate if you could pray for us that would mean everything . More over If you are able to donate anything it would take unnecessary stress and burden off of us as, we navigate through what has been and still is an uphill battle.
