Hello, my name is Shakira, and I am a mother of four doing everything in my power to keep my family safe, stable, and moving forward. This fundraiser is one of the hardest things I’ve had to create, but right now, we truly need help.

Over the past few months, life has taken some unexpected turns that have created a financial strain I simply can’t keep up with. I am behind on bills, and the stress of trying to keep a roof over my children’s heads has become overwhelming. On top of that, my only car the one we depend on for absolutely everything is barely functioning. It has no heat, no air, and several major mechanical issues that I cannot afford to repair. This makes it extremely unsafe to drive, especially with my children, and it has also made it nearly impossible for me to work due to the distance of my job from where we live.

This fundraiser will help me:

Catch up on essential bills so my children and I do not become homeless

Secure reliable transportation so I can get back to work, and ensure my kids can safely get to their appointments and activities

Cover immediate needs that have become urgent due to financial strain

I am humbly asking for help as soon as possible even today if you feel led to give  because these needs are immediate and time sensitive. Every day without transportation pushes us further away from stability, and every unpaid bill adds more pressure to an already very heavy load.

I am a mother who is trying, praying, and fighting every single day to give my children a better life. Your generosity would not just meet a financial need it would give us breathing room, safety, and the chance to get back on our feet.
