Rafael Herrera III is 22 years old. He was born on Valentines day and needs more than love, thoughts and prayers. Although, those are appreciated, he needs a heart transplant. despite his heart condition Rafael successfully graduated and passed his EMT basic to become a full-time firefighter for Doña Ana County, New Mexico.
