Hello everyone my name is Rafael Dominguez and I have stage 3 colon cancer and I've been struggling to get ahead in life I have a 16 year old son that's in high school football here in Carlsbad New Mexico I got a fiance who I love so much that and also on an accident or about struggling to make ends meet you know my wife is so beautiful we go to church or leave place a good Lord for the little we have what we can give we appreciate any kind of help you out with us I'm a good Lord bless you and your family thank you
