gofund.me/f06217e0b    im the owner of Givens Home Repairs LLC i was doing apartment renovation for rental properties in Minnesota but in August I went through a tragic event i was getting ready for work. A wave of pain went through my body and I ended up paralyzed on my bedroom floor. Westbrook paramedics had to rush me by helicopter to the twin cities hospital for emergency surgery aorta dissection repair.  My aorta got a slice in it and blood seeped out.  It paralyzed me from my chest down. I made it to the hospital by helicopter  and I made it through 8 hours of surgery in which they drained all my blood out of my body, put me in ice and ran warm blood tubed to my brain while they did the repair, which is a rare for that kind of surgery.  I went into cardiac arrest and had to be revived several days later. I can barely walk with a walker and im in a lot of pain recovering. since I've been out of the hospital ive been ambulance back and in the ER several times from complications. My blood pressure has to be maintained low/normal because the other half of the aorta has the same problem and i need more surgeries done soon. My current recovery is projected to be a year or longer . I have to be taken care of by my girlfriend Donna which stops her from working. she is working as i can be left alone sometimes with no one to help. If my aorta bursts again and no one is here to help me i will bleed out and die, time is of the essence. I need 2 more operations they only fixed half of my aorta. I cant do much on my own yet. I am working but i can only do about 2% of what i could before, im trying and dont like asking for help. So, Im asking around for donations as my financial problems are overwhelming. We filed for county help and have been turned down and not got much. recovery has been long and difficult.  Having breathing problems,  lots of pain, my legs still numb,  slowly walking. Sleep issues.  Bill problems.  My doctors dont want me working at all, but i do what i have to. Actually barely saved my home but i need more money for bills and vehicle bills and water pump on our truck.
