I am designing a relay that interacts with all telecommunications systems.

the relay works over the phone I have worked for at and t and multiple call centers- it works almost like a 911 dispatch- when you dial the relay there  is a AI machine operator and a directory operator you use your voice and the phone pad to go through the directory and the operator and have the option to talk to a LIVE operator when needed if needed- 

the phone operation is set up for multiple tasking information on a platform to all phones and directives- when you dial in you get relayed to a operator that is AI when you get to a certain point you can dial 0 zero and talk to a real call center operator- the RELAY IS FOR ALL TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS- the relay is not only for hospitals or 911 but prisons as well

AN example I just got arrested you call your home phone number the number goes into a voice activated coded system that uses your voice as the authentication to secure the network-- example you get one phone call out you call yourself you say relay i need all call list AI takes over and says what list A to Z you say then you say text A to Z i have been arrested i need 5000 dollars bail the directory ask send to all text then you confirm all text will be sent then you say voicemail the the directory access all your voicemails the directory list all voicemails. you say any new voicemails….after you get a second call weeks or days later you say i received voicemail send emergency voicemail to text and directory OPERATOR then dial zero 0 operator picks up and says how can i help you i need all my contacts and family phone numbers listed ive had an emergency and need bail text and send emails and list of grid on my phone to all listings of emails and text to friends and family list list all text messages and a to z work home and family ive been arrested and wont be out for at least one month unless i get bail….

OPERATOR SAYS IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE send work status of job and inform then i was pull over and will not be able to make it to work call boss from call list and text boss as well as give a directory to present location I will not be able to make it to work tomorrow or for the next week at least…. OPERATOR LIST AS URGENT EMERGENCY 

THE OPERATOR processes all information the listing for the phone is a phone that is a universal phone number all phone careers would have one directory phone number that would link on e number to one person- work phone private phone home phone ect to one directive for a central calling bank to one listing so the user of the RELAY WOULD ONLY HAVE TO REMEMVBER ONE NUMBER-

the directory would change all telecommunications globally- credit cards hospitals banks all networks of the present day phone system- call centers would need to be built to establish a bridge between AI and the OPERATOR DIRECTORY TO CONVEY THE USAGE AND TRAINING OF THE RELAY SYSTEM

banking seven days a week networking and griding of all telecommunications with twenty for hour staffing like 911 dispatch for operator assistance…. 

A new network for basic information linking everyone to one number if you have five phone numbers you pick your favorite and place it as your primary number the RELAY dispatches and relays all numbers into one and remembers all call emails and deleted messages all email Facebooks or link associated with the phone are stored in a data base so you can get back to the relay and access and delete or store all information used from primary phone source- information at your fingertips so you have control under one RELAY number- stored files deleted files all listing of phone contacts all access AI directory and operations to RELAY telecommunications to one primary user which is you- 

the relay is designed to multi task as well OPERATOR URGENY CALL FRIEND FAMILY BASIC EMAIL DIRECT EMAIL COMMON GROUPS LISTINGS DIRECTORS DRIVEN CONTROL DISPATCH CENTER USAGE TIME MINUTES AND PRIMARY GRIDS- TOOLS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS TO GET A DIRECTORY AND DIRECTIVE TO USE AN OVERALL SYSTEM THAT START OUT WITH A PRIMARY NUMBER

once the number is given voice authentication is used to secure the directory to the directive if you phone is lost or stolen all number are voice protected so that user directives can not use- mute phones use sequence coding if not able to speak directory does a relay under voice optic which cannot be mimicked not even with TERMINATOR movie technology- secured person person directory's to all users primary based AI training starts at first phone then branches out to family friends or any other phone number shared or personalized so there can be a corporate RELAY DIRECTORY AND OPERATOR all networked on the basis of the present day telecommunications systems

example MILITARY send all unit directory test voicemail and alarm phone calls 0430 wakeup call that formation will be near chow hall at 0600 pt and bring all gear to prep for march orders of directive basic formation email now need for urgent sending if informed on weekend need addition measures measures to not be more than one hour away from base as we are under stand by orders and command has directive that we need to stay alert to stay alive- inform that all troops within command assigned to post will report back on Monday at 0430 as informed in proper uniforms and dress to report to higher command commander officers have directed to be aware of pre warned hazards and if drinking maintain a soldiers form because we have informed you of what to truly be aware the enemy knows all eyes don't lose you hats out there we have a higher directive- thank you SEGERANT BAILEY

command has also informed us the DOD has issued the following orders that we are listing all family in the RELAY that you prepare for an additional forward movement to off post locations as deployment is classified and we will be keeping the RELAY on and off post so you can keep in contact with your family as informed under direction of DOD which means for the new recruits inform then that can mean weeks if not months without a phone call or text message. 

we will keep you all informed as to what is to happen be aware being part of the military is common sense not to disclose as to where and when but how and when we have to be prepared no matter what to situation.
