I would like to help my 65 year-old cousin, Annette, who is disabled with a heart condition. She lives alone in her house but is behind on her mortgage payments because of her inability to work. She has no siblings or children and needs financial help so she doesn’t lose her house. 

My brother-in-law and I have helped her but don’t have enough funds to keep her from losing her house. I really don’t know what else to do to help her since her mortgage is currently in forbearance. 

Frankly, this is a last ditch effort on my part to try and rescue her. I would be extremely grateful for any amount, no matter how small, that anyone could offer her.
