In Loving Memory of Robert Shelley

A Life of Love, Dedication, and Impact 

With profound sadness, we share the passing of Robert Shelley—a devoted husband, father, grandfather, friend, mentor and visionary leader. Rob fought a courageous battle against cancer, and while his time with us was far too short, his impact on those who knew him will last forever.  

Rob was a man of unparalleled intellect, kindness, and integrity. He had a sharp wit, an insatiable curiosity, and a heart that never stopped giving. Whether he was sharing stories, offering wisdom, or making us laugh, he had a way of bringing people together in the most meaningful ways. His passion for life was contagious, and his love for his family was endless.  

More than anything, Rob was my person, my partner in life and business, and the most incredible man I have ever known. He was a dedicated father and grandfather who adored his children and grandkids beyond measure. His love for them was unwavering, and they, in turn, cherished every moment with him. His absence leaves an unfillable void, but his love and legacy will continue to guide us.  

How You Can Help

Many colleagues, friends, and loved ones have reached out asking how they can honor Rob’s memory. In response, we have set up this page for those who wish to contribute. Donations will be used to cover a summer Celebration of Life Party for Rob's family, friends, and colleagues to be held in Chicago, with remaining funds donated to cancer research in Rob’s name—a cause that is deeply important to our family.  

We are so very grateful for every message, prayer, and act of kindness during this incredibly difficult time. Your love and support mean more to us than words can express.  

Thank you for helping us honor Rob’s life and legacy. He was truly one of a kind, and he will be forever missed.
