We are a family of 10 who reside in a 3 bedroom townhouse for the past 15+ years. We have raised our family with one and half bathrooms and a small kitchen. My wife and I are both school teachers in local schools who have been there for others. I teach in a high school for boys who need extra attention and unconditional love and we both enjoy what we are doing. It has come to a point that we put some basic work into our current home to make the kitchen functional add a bedroom and bathroom.  Thank G-D we live a simple  life style and are meeting our family needs month to month. Interestingly enough neighborhood friends enjoy playing in our home despite it being small because of the pleasant atmosphere. We have looked into many options and this renovation will make our current space more useable. This expansion project will require at least $50000.  Being that we are paying a mortgage each month we are looking to avoid taking out another loan. This expansion is not a luxury rather a necessity at this point.  Any amount you give towards this will be greatly appreciated and helpful thank You
