About this fundraiser

This is my brother Robert. We call him Bobby. I’m reaching out on behalf of Bobby, who truly needs a helping hand.

Years ago, Bobby suffered a traumatic head injury that left him with lifelong disabilities. Since then, life hasn’t let up. He faces more challenges then most.

He is now a double amputee, has lost several fingers on his right hand, and relies on a wheelchair for mobility.

We are trying to renovate the downstairs so that it is wheelchair accessible and get the upstairs part of the house rental ready so it can pay for itself. Bobby has not had a stable home for over 13 years

We’re were hoping to raise $5000 to help with creating a safe and accessible living space for Bobby. Pay for some medical necessities and save the house that he is currently living in. That number has changed, we have gotten most of the renovations done. We are now heading toward the finish line. We are currently hoping to raise $1500. That would complete the access into the apartment and finish the electric.

Bobby needs a stable place that he can call home, and this house offers that to him. Despite all he’s been through, Bobby remains kind, hopeful, and determined to live as independently as possible. Bobby is on a fixed income, and I am doing all that I can to help.

If you’re able to give, any amount will help us get one step closer. If you can’t donate right now, please consider sharing this story with others.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and for supporting someone who’s overcome so much
