About this fundraiser

Good [morning/afternoon/evening],

My name is Crystal, and today I stand before you with a heart heavy with the weight of uncertainty but fueled by hope. I am reaching out to each of you not just as a fellow community member but as a mother who is fighting to provide stability and a home for her family.

My family consists of my husband, our two beautiful daughters—Zoe, who is 12, and Zendaya, who is about to turn 2. Life has thrown us some unexpected challenges. In March of 2023, Zoe underwent a spinal infusion, a procedure that left us emotionally and financially drained. Shortly after, we faced another hurdle as we discovered that our youngest, Zendaya, is autistic. Navigating the complexities of providing the best care for her has become our daily reality.

As if that weren't enough, my husband lost his job in October. The timing could not have been worse, as we were already grappling with the emotional toll of having to say goodbye to our beloved dog. It feels like a relentless storm of challenges, and now, we find ourselves at risk of losing the place we call home.

Home is more than just walls and a roof; it's the sanctuary where memories are created, where love grows, and where dreams are nurtured. It's where Zoe finds solace after her medical journey, and it's the safe space we strive to provide for Zendaya as she navigates the world with autism.

Today, I humbly come to you, our community, for support. We are in a race against time to raise the funds needed to save our home. Your generosity can make a tangible difference in the lives of my family. Every donation, no matter the size, is a beacon of hope that keeps our dream of a stable home alive.

If you find it in your hearts to contribute or share our story, you're not just helping us financially; you're becoming a part of our journey—a story of resilience, love, and community support.

I understand that times are tough for everyone, and I appreciate your time and consideration. Together, we can weather this storm and emerge stronger. Thank you for being a ray of hope in our lives. We have until the 23rd to save are home.
