Hello all my name is John Dickinson but everyone knows me by JD.

This is extremely embarrassing for me but at this time I do not have any other opthon. 
Some of you may know that last October 1st 2023 I became extremely sick and almost passed away. I found that I have a completely failed liver and have to take more medication that I can keep track of. I was told then 6 months would most likely be my outcome for life. 35 years old being told this!!! Extremely terrifying to say the least. After many MANY battles in the hospital and almost passing a second time I was released from hospital this february 2024 and so far have managed to keep myself out . However I do have some pretty bad days as well.  Now here today by the grace of god I’m 10 days shy of making it one year against all odds. Now on top of that I recently lost my job and my housing situation within a few weeks of each other due to no fault of my own. I then had to resort to living in my car which has no air conditioning and it was just attacking my already serious health issue. luckily I found an amazing lady who allowed my to come stay on her couch so I’m safe out out of my car. She is a single mother and already struggling herself. I’m applying to jobs daily do all I can. Unemployment is not an option as I exhausted that when I lost my job when I became ill last year. I am not looking for handouts I’m simply looking for some way to help provide some help to this lady who opened her home to me and maybe ease the stress of keeping her and her son fed as well with her other bills that I’m sure I’m increasing by being here. I am also open to take on any side jobs or handyman jobs some may have to offer  me. I’ve gotten some help from the state with my medications (10) in total but they are expensive and I’ve been forced to go without some of them. Anything helps and if you cannot help with funds just a share of this is amazing. I thank each and everyone of you for taking time to read this  and hopefully pass it on.
