Hello! I'm Kacey and as life takes its paths (happiness, sadness, ups. downs and all arounds) I have come to realize the court system! Family court specifically as I am fighting for my 13 yo daughter who is not feeling safe at her mom's, I used all savings to fight over 20 year marriage now divorced. But something came up where my daughter was assaulted by her mother, I currently have full sole custody temporarily and fighting for permanent! I Ave served the paperwork and other parent failed to respond, I have been turned down on every motion due to not knowing the processes! My daughter and I are in need of a lawyer as I have tried all avenues for legal aid help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. I'm sure I missed some but this gets to the point.
