Hello everyone, my name is Adana. I am 29 years old and I am reaching out during the most difficult chapter of my life. I have been diagnosed with stage 3B, triple negative, aggressive rapid growing breast cancer and I am currently undergoing treatment. As I begin part 2 of chemotherapy and prepare for surgery, I am also facing an overwhelming financial burden. 

Because of the intensity of treatment and its side effects, I am unable to work. The costs of cancer-care are staggering- from doctor visits, hospital stays, and multiple blood transfusion to medications and surgery. On top of that I am struggling to cover basic living expenses such as insurance, day to day transportation, and other financial expenses. 

I am currently behind on medical bills and without a steady income, things are getting harder by the day. I am doing everything I can to focus on healing and getting better, but I need your help to keep going. 

I am humbly asking for your support whether it’s a donation, a share, or simply keeping me in your thoughts and prayers. Every little bit helps ease the burden and brings me 1 step closer to recovery without the added weight of financial stress. 

My goal to raise is $70,000 to cover:

• On going cancer treatments and medications
• Upcoming surgery and reconstruction surgery
• Radiation therapy
• Living expenses and bills during unemployment
• Medical supplies needed for after surgery

The support from you all means more than you can ever expect as it is a difficult time for me as well as my family. They are trying their very best to help support me, but they also have their own bills to pay. I have already reached out to all types of government helping funds.
