Hi, my name is Christy. I am a homeschooling mama to three little ones, ages 5, 3, and 1. They are my whole world and the reason I keep planting seeds even in uncertain seasons.

Our journey has not been easy. We have faced housing instability before and even lived in our car for a time. It was a season that shaped me deeply, but it also left me with real anxiety about ever returning there. My heart is set on creating a peaceful, rooted home for my children where they can feel safe, learn, and grow.

When we moved from our previous place, we did not receive our security deposit back. That unexpected loss put me in a tight position. I borrowed from family to secure this home and worked hard to repay them. Now I am gathering what I can to cover next month’s rent, utilities, and the remaining portion of our security deposit so we can stay planted here long term.

I receive county assistance and am building a small business rooted in sustainability and postpartum care. I believe deeply in nurturing mothers, honoring slow living, and creating things with intention. I am doing everything I can to build stability with my own hands, but in this moment I need community.

I am seeking to raise 1,000 dollars. Every dollar will go directly toward rent, utilities, and the final portion of our deposit to secure this home.
