My name is Casey McMinn. I was recently homeless and addicted to drugs for several years. I've just completed a 9 month rehab program and am staying at a shelter. I'm looking to get back on my feet and start this new healthy life I've been working towards. The shelter has been great in helping me obtain my legal documents and find work. I'm coming up on my 3 month mark and will have to leave the shelter soon… I have saved up some money while living here, but not nearly enough to get myself stable. My sobriety and safety means so much to me. Any help at all would be so greatly appreciated! It certainly would help save my life, something I've been working hard at myself!
