My husband and I are both Cancer patients and he has had a stroke. We have had a hard winter and our water pump busted. We have been with out running water for weeks now. I am my husband's caretaker and my health isn't good itself. I do everything and we have just been overwhelmed this year. We could use some help. The last thing I wanted to do was ask for help but I just didn't know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
