I'm raising funds because I need shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum and remove a cyst, which will be performed by Beaver Sports Medicine. This injury has left me in constant pain and unable to do everyday tasks, including driving, since it's my shifting arm. Working in education, I already have reduced hours during the summer, but after my surgery on the 13th, I’ll be out of work completely until I recover. My recovery could take 12 weeks or more, depending on what the doctors find during surgery, and I’ll need physical therapy and follow-up care as well.

The funds raised will help cover living expenses so I can keep a roof over my kids’ heads and make sure they have enough to eat while I’m unable to work.
