If you have never met Brittany, she is a light. A light that shines bright for her son, Jameson, fiancé, TJ, and all her friends and family. She has always stepped up to help others, but now it’s our turn to help her!

Brittany has been struggling with migraines for years, and her doctor prescribed medications to help. When the medications just weren’t working, she went in for an MRI to see if there was an underlying cause to the migraines. That is when they found a Colloid Cyst (non-malignant tumor) in the ventricles of her brain. 

Unfortunately, her migraines have been worsening, she has been having dizziness, and memory loss, which caused doctors to order a repeat MRI. That is when they discovered that the Colloid Cyst has grown. 

Removal may not be the answer to all her symptoms, but it should help with the migraines as well as reducing the risk of a complete blockage of the spinal fluid causing Hydrocephalus. 

Brittany is scheduled for surgery on July 29th, 2025. She will remain in the hospital for 3-7 days after surgery and about 4 weeks of recovery at home. With the help of her fiancé, I am hoping to help raise funds to assist with part of the surgery that insurance doesn’t cover, along with the lost wages from Brittany’s job.
