Hi, my name is Madison, and I’m creating this fundraiser for my uncle, Dustin.  He is in need of help protecting his two children, Bristol and Colton.

Dustin is a devoted father who has always been deeply involved in his kids’ lives. Recently, their mother relocated them out of state to Nebraska and began pursuing full custody and permanent protection orders. Her intent is to keep him out of their lives forever.  

To date, Dustin has spent over $10,000 in legal fees just trying to stay connected to his children. Because this case now spans two states, he is required to have attorneys in both Washington and Nebraska. His lawyers estimate it will take another $20,000-$25,000 to fight this battle. 

This isn’t about revenge or conflict. It’s about a father who is genuinely afraid of losing his kids and is doing everything he can to protect them and give them the best life he can. 

Watching someone you love fight for their kids while running out of resources is heartbreaking. Without continued legal representation, Dustin risks losing his ability to protect Bristol and Colton and be part of their daily lives.
