Thank you for stopping by and read our story, this  fundraising is for my husband who was diagnosed with cancer 10yrs ago, he went through all chemo and radiation treatment successfully but 4yrs ago his oncologist decided that he was fine so he didn’t need any checkups anymore, so he didn’t applied for health insurance. everything was going great until this January his health started to decline so he made an appointment with his oncologist to be send to the ER that was on march 28 since that day my husband was hospitalized until May 10! we were there for a month and half and they hit us with the “cancer came back “they run a lot of testing, biopsies and did everything they could for him but unfortunately his illness was too advance, from his lungs, skin, liver, and kidney were touched by this illness the only organ left was his heart and part of his brain, after trying new chemo they realized that wasn’t working and went even further with the immunotherapy named nivolumab this came with serious complications because his brain was bleeding. the hematologist team gave up after a month of battling. They decided to send my husband home with hospice services up to now my husband still battling at home he gets visits twice a week with a nurse and 3 times with his cna. We are just receiving his medical bills . That’s one thing that I would loved to not worry, All I want is to enjoy the remaining time that we have with him, we shared a almost 2yr old son, since supposedly cancer was clear 4yrs ago we decided to bring our first child to world little we knew that will be our first and last, this fundraising will cover everything related with the treatment that he took, all that testing, ER, Intensive Care, hematologist and hospice services, etc. I thank you each and every one of you!! For all support in this difficult times, I am still hoping for a miracle to happen I don’t want my son to be Orphan from his dad side! I am not ready to lose my husband!! please just help me to have at ease with all this bills and his food that is expensive since goes through his G-tube that he even worries!! Thank you once again!
