To my community,

​As a single mother of three beautiful children, my entire life is dedicated to building a better, more stable future for them. That's why I've been working full-time as a Nursing Support Technician (CNA) while also attending the Community College of Baltimore County full-time. I am so close to achieving our dream: I am just one semester away from graduating and beginning my career as a Surgical Technologist, with a long-term goal to become a Surgical First Assistant or Physician Assistant.

​I have always prided myself on my work ethic, but right now, I am being stretched to the breaking point. I'm juggling my full-time job on the front lines of healthcare, a full-time college course load, and the responsibilities of motherhood—which includes supporting my oldest son in his own college journey and caring for my preschooler.

​I’ve been staying afloat, but the financial pressure has become overwhelming. I am drowning. I have fallen critically behind on my rent, my gas and electric bills, and other basic necessities. The weight of this debt is threatening to pull me under right before I reach the finish line.

​It is incredibly hard for me to ask for help—this is truly my last resort. I know so many are struggling right now, but any support you can offer would be a lifeline. Your donation would help me catch up on these critical bills, giving my family the stability we need to get through this final semester and graduate. I am holding on to my faith and the promise of Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
