Many of you know that Jae Samuel has been fighting cancer for approximately half of my years. Many of you also know that we are a family of unrelenting optimism. However, I have to tell you something. This past Monday, Jae Samuel (my father, my friend, my fighting spirit) was admitted to the hospital with much haste in order to stabilize our Leukemia numbers before the next round. This family of dreamers' battle in New Orleans has come to a screeching halt, and The Rematch has been demanded at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. We are working tirelessly for results: treatment plans, coinsurance, transportation, temporary housing, life. 

And in the gamble of such life, I truly hit the jackpot to call Jae Samuel my own. 

This is not a plea. 

This is a call to arms.
