Today, I'm reaching out with a story close to my heart, about a dear friend and an incredible mother, Toni Marie. She's a single mom to four amazing kids, and right now, she's facing a challenge that no one should have to face alone. Toni is battling stage 3 Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), a painful and debilitating skin condition that has turned her world upside down.
I've known Toni for 20 years, and she's always been a beacon of strength and love, especially for her children. But HS, with its relentless pain and physical limitations, has made her daily life an uphill battle. She's at a point where working, and even just taking care of her kids, has become incredibly difficult.
