In December of 2022 I spent 2 weeks at Al-Shifa Hospital working in the Emergency Department and teaching ICU and ED nurses Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. A hospital that no longer exists.
My original goal was to raise funds to support the amazing nurses I taught and worked alongside with who greatly lacked basic equipment and sustainable access to updates in recommended practice guidelines. Now my goal is to support them in any way I can. Food assistance, medical assistance, anything to help them survive the horrific atrocities they are facing every day. My heart breaks to hear the suffering they are going through and any donation you can give to help is extremely appreciated.
