On February 14th our lives changed forever when my daughter’s father was taken from us in a tragic car accident. After 20 years together, raising our three daughters- Carlysha 20, Cadasia 17, and Isabella 14- we are still in disbelief and struggling to cope with this sudden loss. We remain in the home where he lived, and my two younger daughters want to stay here because it holds so many memories of their father. The grief has been overwhelming and I lost my job because I just couldn’t mentally return in the amount of time I was given off. Now the bills are piling up faster than I can manage. I have court on Monday for an eviction, and I am behind on car insurance, internet, gas and water bill. I have spent countless days and hours trying to figure out all the bills being he was the sole bread winner in the home all while trying to hold it together for our daughters. I am doing everything I can to keep us afloat but it’s getting harder everyday. Any support would be so appreciated just to help us get above water and give my daughters some stability during this incredibly difficult time.
