I'm Carol and I am behind on my water and electricity, have disconnect notice on electricity. I have tried public assistance and they are not able to help. Any amount is greatly appreciated! I am a single parent that recently my child turned 18, so child support has stopped and my child hasn't found a full time job as of yet, working part time. Again any help is appreciated!
