This young woman (Candice Brooks) has suffered abuse both mentally and physically. She is a hardworking, loving and caring mom who has found herself in a tough situation. She recently accepted a new job, but the start date is taking longer than expected. She has no income at the time as she left the previous job expecting an earlier start date. The money will be used for rent and utilities. The lights have already been disconnected. I have tried every avenue and organization in her area, but there just aren't any funds. It's been 3 days. The water heater blew the heating element, and the landlord is refusing to fix it.  She has been to court and has been provided a free lawyer., but nothing has been done. I have called churches for this family. We are just hitting brick walls. We (as my heart breaks for this family) would be so grateful for this help especially for the children. They are ages 19, 15, 10, 8 and 1. We tried talking to the utility company (APG&E) with no luck. All of this can be verified. Your help would be such a blessing. Thank You and May God Bless you!!
