My dad, Wallace Hancock, passed away on March 8th. He was a simple man who worked hard every day to provide for our family, always making sure we had what we needed, even when times were tough. Recently, he tried to increase his life insurance coverage, and the new company convinced him to cancel his old policy and switch to theirs. Sadly, because he hadn’t had the new policy for two years, the insurance company is now contesting the claim, leaving us without the support we expected.

I’m doing my best to help my mom through this difficult time. The funds raised will go directly toward covering my dad’s funeral expenses and providing a headstone to honor his memory. If there is anything left over, it will help my mom with outstanding debts and immediate needs as she navigates this loss.
