My Father Willard “Big Vick” Fleming passed away at the age of 83, in Pikeville KY.
My siblings and I are trying to come up with the funds to give him a small basic funeral service and burial. Unfortunately he passed in Kentucky while visiting. He did not have arrangements paid for in advance so that is on us to take care of. That includes getting him transported back here to Kingsport.
