The money will be used to buy a conversioned vehicle to use my electric wheelchair that will improve my situation. I have a bone and muscle disease: ALS & skeletal Avascular Necrosis Disorder. And five weeks ago, I had a heart attack. I have no blockages but the diseases are competeting for oxygen causing my heart to work harder and my kidneys to be sacrificed of oxgenation. Suffice to say, my quality of life at this moment, is poor. I am depressed because I am mostly bedridden and waiting for the electric wheelchair, which, I hope the insurance covers the expense. I have written this in genuine honesty and I pray you will be graciously generous. One dollar or ten dollars, it doesn't matter how much you donate.
