I am reaching out to you today during one of the most challenging times of my life. For nearly two years, severe health complications have left me unable to work, and the mounting medical bills and daily living expenses have become impossible to manage on my own.

I am currently facing a combination of serious medical conditions, including advanced diabetes, heart complications, vision loss, and respiratory issues that require me to be on oxygen full-time. Additionally, I am on dialysis. Because of these overlapping conditions, I recently had to spend over a month in the hospital.

The financial burden of this crisis has reached a breaking point:

• Ongoing Treatments: I am incredibly stressed about the cost of my ongoing dialysis treatments and am terrified that a lack of funds will disrupt this life-sustaining care.  I need money for medicines for heart issue and doctor visits it is much higher now with no insurance.
• Hospital Bills: The expense from my month-long hospital stay is overwhelming.
• Insurance Coverage: Due to recent changes in federal healthcare policy that have restricted access to affordable insurance options, I am currently struggling to find and afford a plan that covers my complex needs.
• Daily Living: Being out of work for almost two years has left me without the resources to cover basic necessities while I fight to stay alive.

I have always found it difficult to ask for help, but I cannot do this alone anymore. If you are able to contribute financially, no matter how small the amount, it will go directly toward keeping my dialysis treatments active, paying down my hospital bills, and helping me secure healthcare coverage.
