My name is Jamie Tolentino. I am a mother of 3 with two of myI was diagnosed with End Stage Kidney Disease in 2020. I am now in a battle for my life. I am asking for help so I can travel from Hawaii to the mainland and get a much needed kidney transplant. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
