About this fundraiser

Our 16 week old puppy,Maple has a tibial fracture/tear in her rear left hind leg. We purchased Maple to become a medical trained Type 1 diabetes alert service dog for our 16yr old daughter with Type 1 diabetes. Maple cannot continue her training without emergency surgery. Without surgery she will not be able to use her leg at all nor perform her life saving duties and live a pain free , mobile healthy life.
