Blessings to all this morning. My name is Annette Gonzalez I am 57 years old and fighting for my well being with all I've got. I am a very independent woman always have been but life is taking its toll on my body. The soul is young but the body grew old. And now I find myself battling for my life. For the past four years I have been in and out of hospitals. I have been diagnosed with heart failure ,diabetes,high blood pressure,non alcoholic cirrhosis, plural effusion in my lung, collapsed arches on my feet, acute anemia . I have needed three blood transfusion in the last two months. And now I am going to go through surgery to get pins into three of my toes because I broke them when I fell on them while having horribly painful cramps. I cannot walk now and have to attend my doctor's appointments and what happens my car broke down. The radiator blew up on me and I can't move around. I was blessed with a room from a program but it is like far away and I am here alone 

So today I come to you with a sad heart to ask for your help. I never do this and when I have it has been my last choice. It is not easy for me to ask for anything but I have run out of money fixing the other 500 things that are wrong with my car. I desperately need to get a radiator and an alternator for my car  but I can't go out and try to make money because I can't walk and I feel worthless.
