He nose bleeds profoundly in large amounts when he sleeps, when he eats, even when he showers. He wants to end this as our child is due in 3 months and doesn't want his baby girl to grow up with him looking and feeling the way he does. They will mend his vessels together so that the blood flow can leak no more
