Hello friends and family! Billy had a massive stroke in the early morning hours Friday September 25th, 2026. He is doing as well as can be expected. But the road to recovery is going to be long and tedious. God was definitely with him and protected him from a worse outcome. 

He is without Insurance and the bills are already stacking up. He needs inpatient rehab, but cannot afford a facility on a disability income. He will rehab at home. So he will need equipment such as a lift, wheelchair, walker, sliding bed table, toilet riser and other such items. We need to have ramps built to get him in and out of the house for Dr. Appointments. And a way to get him in and out of the vehicle. We will need to pay a private Therapist to come to the house to facilitate his recovery to learn how to walk again, and use the right side of his body, as well as regaing the use of his eyes. There is no way that we can afford his care, so we come to our friends and family. 

This will be an ongoing expense. So we will keep the fundraiser going and you can donate more than once. Anything helps, it all adds up. If you are not comfortable using this platform, we do have Venmo, Zelle and Facebook Pay. My mind is spinning on how we will make it financially while caring for him and our 3 children.
