Hi my name is Jackie, I’m a 36 year old disabled female living 15 minutes north of Boston. I have several medical conditions, most of them look “invisible “ but I try each and every day to do what I can to do for the house and for my family. My first condition is Type 1 diabetes. My diabetes is in excellent health however I am deteriorating and fading away because I also have gastroparesis. For the last three years I haven’t been able to hold food down, go to the bathroom normally, stand and balance correctly and even see. My car I just had was the only source of transportation I had. I have a daughter who’s 7 as well who will be needing rides to school. 
 

the gastroparesis has totaled my body. I went from 190 to 131 is a short couple of months. I’m not sure if it was the g-POEM surgery they did on me this past March or if it’s just me. But my doctors are concerned about my weight and the loss so quick.
